Position: Senior ASM / Assistant Regional Manager – Project Sales
Job Responsibilities
- Handle project sales business for Ahmedabad and nearby regions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, PMC consultants, and channel partners.
- Generate business from residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects.
- Drive specification business and ensure product approvals in key projects.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.
- Coordinate with dealers/distributors for smooth execution of orders and collections.
- Conduct product presentations, site visits, and client meetings regularly.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Ensure timely payment collections and maintain healthy business relationships.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5–10 years of experience in project sales from tiles, ceramics, sanitaryware, bathware, paints, plywood, laminates, building materials, or related industries.
- Strong network with architects, builders, and contractors in Ahmedabad/Gujarat market.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented and capable of handling large project accounts independently.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- MBA/Graduate preferred.
