Job Description Over view :

ü We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Cycle Performance Engineer to join our Living Solution R&D team. This role will focus on conceptualizing and developing innovative refrigeration cycle technologies , improving thermal cycle performance, heat exchangers efficiency improvement and system balancing of Heat pump dryers . You will play a key role in prototype testing, technology development, and refrigeration cycle optimization using cutting-edge research and tools. Additionally, this position requires a strong focus on new product development (NPD) and Teamcenter-based collaboration to bring advanced refrigeration systems from initial concepts to production.

Key Responsibility:

ü Lead the development of innovative ideas and concepts for refrigeration cycle designs, from initial brainstorming to prototyping and concept validation. Take new concepts from idea to production, developing high-performance refrigeration cycles that meet energy efficiency, sustainability, and cost targets.

ü Conduct detailed thermodynamic analysis to evaluate the efficiency, cooling capacity, and overall performance of refrigeration cycles. Develop strategies for improving thermal cycle efficiency, such as enhancing heat transfer in evaporators and condensers, optimizing compressor performance, and integrating variable-speed technologies.

ü Lead and collaborate on prototype testing to validate new refrigeration technologies under real-world conditions. Perform lab-based and environmental testing to assess the thermal performance of refrigeration systems and identify opportunities for improvement.

ü Utilize Teamcenter and PLM systems to manage design data, track revisions, and maintain proper version control throughout the product lifecycle.

ü Collect and analyze performance data from prototype testing, simulations, and system trials. Work closely with product design, electrical, and software teams to ensure refrigeration systems are optimized and integrated within the larger product architecture.
