Major Roles & Responsibilities (Key Result Areas)

Responsible for billing and invoicing activities , ensuring accuracy and timely processing
Handling and maintaining GRN entries and resolving discrepancies with warehouse and vendors
POD collection, verification, and system upload within defined timelines
Consignment tracking and monitoring to ensure on-time delivery to customers
Coordination with transporters, warehouses, and internal teams for smooth logistics operations
Managing credit notes related to logistics and delivery issues
Maintaining accurate logistics records, reports, and documentation
Supporting supply chain operations and ensuring compliance with company processes
