Warehouse Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION – WAREHOUSE EXECUTIVE

Position: Warehouse Executive
Location: Virar
Experience: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

·          Manage Finished Goods Warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch.

·          Handle export shipments and ensure timely and accurate dispatch of finished goods.

·          Manage continuous shipments, loading, and dispatch activities.

·          Maintain proper inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.

·          Work on SAP for stock movement, inventory transactions, and warehouse-related activities.

·          Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Sales, and Transporters for smooth shipment execution.

·          Ensure proper material handling, storage, FIFO/FEFO, and warehouse housekeeping.

·          Prepare and maintain dispatch, shipment, and inventory documentation.

·          Ensure adherence to 5S, safety, and warehouse SOPs.

Required Skills

·          Experience in Finished Goods Warehouse operations.

·          Hands-on experience in Export Shipments and continuous dispatches.

·          Good working knowledge of SAP.

·          Strong inventory management and coordination skills.

·          Knowledge of warehouse documentation and shipment processes.
