📌 Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Line Machine Operator with 4+ years of hands-on expertise in operating and maintaining production line machinery within FMCG beverages or personal care manufacturing industries. The role involves ensuring smooth production flow, minimizing downtime, and maintaining quality standards.

 

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production line machines to ensure efficient output.

Perform routine checks, adjustments, and preventive maintenance.

Troubleshoot machine issues and escalate technical problems promptly.

Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Record production data, downtime, and maintenance logs.

Collaborate with supervisors and quality teams to meet daily production targets.

Support continuous improvement initiatives for line efficiency.

 

✅ Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum 4 years in FMCG beverages or personal care manufacturing.

Technical Skills: Line machine operation, production monitoring, troubleshooting.

Knowledge: GMP, safety protocols, and quality compliance.

Soft Skills: Attention to detail, teamwork, communication, problem-solving.

Education: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Production preferred.
