About the Role

Navneet Education Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR professional to manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition along with core HR Generalist responsibilities for the Silvassa manufacturing location. The ideal candidate should have experience in plant/factory HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate positions.
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, consultants, references, and social media platforms.
• Conduct screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and recruitment metrics.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

HR Generalist Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
• Support payroll inputs and coordinate with payroll processing teams.
• Handle employee engagement activities, induction programs, and training coordination.
• Address employee grievances and support disciplinary processes.
• Ensure smooth HR operations at plant level.
