Job Description (JD) – Sales & Service Engineer (South Region) 
Position: Sales & Service Engineer – Karnataka / Andhra Pradesh (South Region)/ Nizamabad /Karimnagar/Nalgonda. 

Department: Electrical / Automation Experience Required: 1 – 2 Years Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering 
 

Job Summary 
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Sales & Service Engineer with an electrical background for our automation installations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical systems along with exposure to sales and service activities in the automation industry.

Key Responsibilities 
• Electrical power wiring and control wiring execution • Installation, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical panels • Handling and maintenance of electrical tools and equipment • Working with electrical components such as contactors, relays, MCBs, sensors, etc. • Basic understanding and handling of VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) • Knowledge of solenoid valves and related control systems • Support in electrical fault finding • Handling automation installations, service support, and basic sales activities • Customer visits, technical discussions, and support • Following electrical safety standards and procedures.

Required Skills 
• Knowledge of power and control wiring • Basic industrial electrical troubleshooting skills • Understanding of electrical drawings and diagrams • Familiarity with electrical tools and components • Ability to use a multimeter • Basic knowledge of VFD and automation-related components • Good communication, learning attitude, and teamwork skills

Languages 
• Kannada (mandatory for Karnataka-based candidates) • Telugu (preferred for Andhra Pradesh / Telangana candidates) • Basic English & Hindi communication

Region & Base Location

• Karnataka Candidates: Base location will be Bangalore • Andhra Pradesh / Telangana Candidates: Base location – Flexible / Any location • Travel required across South India 
Preferred Candidate Profile 
• Electrical Engineering background (Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech) • Experience in automation industry (Sales / Service / Installation support) • Practical approach towards troubleshooting • Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork • Interest in learning automation valve installation independently
