Job Description: 

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Area Sales Manager to manage sales operations for our Bathware Division in the Ahmedabad region. The role involves handling both retail sales and project sales , ensuring strong market presence and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Drive retail and project sales for bathware products in the assigned territory
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, and builders
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
• Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collections
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of orders and projects
• Track competitor activities and market trends

Requirements: 

• 10–12 months of sales experience (preferably in bathware, sanitaryware, pipes, or building materials)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in channel sales and/or project sales
• Willingness to travel within Ahmedabad and nearby areas

Preferred Profile: 

• Prior exposure to bathware or construction-related products
• Existing network in Ahmedabad market will be an advantage
