About the role
Role Overview
As a Sr. Engineer – NPD, you will lead the complete product lifecycle —from concept to commercialization—ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product design & development from concept, prototyping to final launch
- Work on mould design with expertise in injection and extrusion processes
- Drive cross-functional collaboration (CFTs) for smooth project execution
- Prepare and manage project timelines, cost estimation & deliverables
- Identify new opportunities through market research & competitor analysis
- Act as a problem solver during product development and execution stages
- Ensure successful product commercialization and launch.
Skills & Expertise
- Strong knowledge of Product Design & Development
- Hands-on experience in Mould Design (Injection & Extrusion)
- Proficiency in CAD tools – CATIA, SolidWorks, etc.
- Experience with SAP / ERP (D365 preferred)
- Good understanding of costing, planning & project management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving & communication skills
🎓 Qualification & Experience
- B.Tech in Mechanical / Plastics / Mould Technology
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in NPD / Product Development
