ASSISTANT MANAGER – HUMAN RESOURCE

ROLE SUMMARY

Vashi Integrated Solutions Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager – Human Resource for its Hyderabad and Ahmedabad locations (one position at each site). This is a hands-on, high-ownership HR role built around two priorities: driving fast, high-quality recruitment across the regional branch (approximately 60% of the role), and running dependable day-to-day HR operations for the location (approximately 40% of the role).

The ideal candidate is a hardcore individual-contributor recruiter who is equally comfortable owning HR operations for a branch — onboarding, HRMS, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle management — with minimal supervision. This is a regional, largely standalone HR role, reporting to the Regional HR Head with a dotted-line connect to the Talent Management Head for recruitment governance and hiring strategy. The role requires strong ownership, responsiveness, and the ability to be the trusted single point of contact for HR at the location.
