Assistant Manager (Civil -Purchase)

Location :  Mumbai Office

Desired Requirements :

-Purchase Experience in Civil and Infrastructure Projects. A field experience to monitor the quality of civil work will be a plus.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

-Process knowledge of PTP cycle - Purchase to Payment with material planning and inventory management as per Min-Max.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

-Good Negotiation & Communication skill. Able to prepare a BOQ as per civil project requirement                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      

-MIS Report Preparation & submission to Management. Required working knowledge of MS Excel & Power-Point.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               

-Have excellent knowledge of steel and cement procurement                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               

-Knowledge of Commodity like steel, Cement, Flooring etc. Good Knowledge of market & raw material trend.                    

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

Additional Requirements:

-Able to travel plant site to review project status in terms of plan vs actual consumption of civil items                                                                                                                                                             

-Having experience to handle the IMS & ISO Audit with document preparation & Audit compliance                                                                                                                                                                        

-Working knowledge of ERP such as Microsoft D365.
