Role Purpose:
The Sr. Executive – TA & Admin will be responsible for managing
end-to-end recruitment activities along with handling key administrative
functions. The role requires strong coordination, execution skills, and the
ability to balance hiring needs with day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Talent Acquisition (70%)

Manage
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
for junior to mid-level roles

Source candidates through
job portals, LinkedIn, references, and consultants

Conduct
initial HR screening interviews
and shortlist candidates
-
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback
-
Handle
offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding coordination
-
Maintain and update data in the
Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Coordinate with
recruitment consultancies/vendors
for profile sourcing

Track hiring progress and maintain
recruitment reports (TAT, closures, pipeline)

Support and execute
campus hiring drives (MBA HR & other roles)
B. Administration (30%)

Manage
day-to-day office administration activities
-
Coordinate with vendors for
facility management, housekeeping, and office supplies
-
Handle
travel bookings, hotel arrangements, and logistics coordination
-
Maintain office records, assets, and documentation
-
Support in
employee engagement activities and events
-
Ensure smooth functioning of workplace operations
Key Requirements:

Qualification:
MBA in HR / Graduate with relevant experience

Experience:
4-6 years in Talent Acquisition + Admin role

Basic knowledge of
ATS and recruitment metrics
