Position: Service Engineer
Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and technically strong Service Engineers to
provide installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support for
advanced analytical and testing instruments. This role offers excellent
exposure to cutting-edge technologies such as XRF Spectrometers, Coating
Thickness Measurement Systems, Microhardness Testers, and Material Testing
Equipment.
Key Responsibilities

Installation, commissioning, and calibration of analytical instruments at
customer sites.

Attend breakdown calls and provide timely technical support.

Execute preventive maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment
uptime.

Conduct customer training programs on instrument operation and
maintenance.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely and on-site.

Maintain service reports, installation reports, and customer communication
records.

Manage spare parts inventory and service documentation.

Build strong relationships with industrial customers and key accounts.

Support customers across assigned territories and travel as required.

Identify new business opportunities and customer requirements and share
market feedback with management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure complete customer
satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria
Education
-
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation, Industrial
Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related disciplines.
Experience
-
1 to 3 years of service experience in industrial instruments, testing
equipment, automation products, laboratory instruments, or analytical
equipment.

Freshers with excellent academic records and strong technical aptitude may
also apply.
