Key Responsibilities
- Center Operations: Manage daily activities, infrastructure, and team productivity.
- College Connects: Build strong relationships with local colleges and institutions to generate leads.
- CSR Initiatives: Leverage CSR knowledge to enhance community engagement and partnerships.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage staff to achieve performance targets.
- Placement Support: Organize drives and engage employers for learner placements.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be local to Noida with proficiency in the regional language.

- Proven CSR knowledge and experience in community engagement.
