Trainee Test Engineer

Job Summary:

The Trainee Test Engineer will play a crucial role in evaluating various IT hardware components such as CPUs, Monitors, AIO PCs, and Printers using sophisticated analyzers. This position is ideally suited for fresh graduates looking to kickstart their careers in technology testing, contributing to the quality assurance process and ensuring the performance of high-tech products.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough evaluation testing of CPUs, Monitors, AIO PCs, and Printers utilizing advanced analyzers.
Understand and apply evaluation protocols to ensure comprehensive and accurate testing procedures.
Compile and analyze test results to provide actionable insights for product improvement.
Prepare detailed reports in accordance with specified protocols, maintaining clarity and accuracy in documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams including R&D, IT, Purchasing, Quality Control, and Production to enhance testing processes.
Communicate effectively with external partners such as suppliers and distributors regarding testing requirements and outcomes.
Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the quality and speed of testing and report generation.

Requirements:

B.E. or Diploma in Information Technology (IT) with a focus on Computer Science or related fields.
Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience is not required.
Basic understanding of hardware components and testing methodologies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insightful reports.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
Effective verbal and written communication skills for clear interactions with team members and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with testing tools and analyzers commonly used in hardware evaluation.
