Executive/Sr. Executive - Hybridoma R&D

     Perform hybridoma development activities , including cell fusion, hybridoma generation, selection, cloning, and expansion.

   Maintain and manage mammalian cell cultures and hybridoma cell lines using aseptic techniques and established SOPs.

   Conduct screening of hybridoma clones using ELISA and other immunoassay techniques to identify antibody-producing clones.

   Perform monoclonal antibody characterization , including titre, specificity, affinity, and antigen-binding studies.

   Carry out antibody purification, concentration, and optimization using appropriate laboratory techniq

   Support antibody pair development and optimization for IVD/immunodiagnostic applications.

   Conduct laboratory experiments, analyze results, troubleshoot experimental issues, and provide technical inputs for R&D projects.

   Maintain accurate laboratory records, experimental data, batch records, SOPs, and technical reports with complete traceability.

   Ensure compliance with laboratory safety, GLP/GMP practices, biosafety requirements, and internal quality procedures .

   Coordinate with R&D, Quality, Production, and other cross-functional teams to support antibody development, assay development, technology transfer, and project timelines.
