We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Sales Engineer with proven experience in OEM and End-User sales for electrical products. This role offers an excellent opportunity to drive business growth in the industrial segment through solution-based selling and strong client engagement.
Role Overview
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing and managing business across OEMs and end-user industries for LV Switchgear and Electrical Products . The role requires strong technical understanding, relationship management, and the ability to convert opportunities into business.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales for LV Switchgear, Electrical Panels, and related products in the Chennai market
- Develop business with OEMs, Panel Builders, and End-User industries
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking

Build strong relationships with:
- OEM customers
- Industrial end-users
- Electrical consultants & contractors
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers, BOQ/BOM, and proposals
- Handle the complete sales cycle: lead generation → negotiation → order closure
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and delivery
- Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy receivables
- Track competitor activities and market trends
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of LV Switchgear / Electrical Products / Industrial Sales
- Experience in OEM & End-User handling is mandatory
- Good technical understanding and solution-selling approach
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and sales pipeline effectively
- Target-driven and self-motivated
Qualifications
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) is an added advantage
