Project & Performance Engineer

Position is with leading FMCG Company 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead new projects and product introductions from planning through successful implementation and operational handover. 
• Monitor, analyze, and improve key operational KPIs including OEE, Yield, Cycle Time, Downtime, and Production Efficiency. 
• Drive process optimization initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to eliminate waste and improve performance. 
• Identify bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions. 
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth project execution and operational excellence. 
• Support the transition of new projects from launch phase to stable day-to-day operations. 
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. 
• Monitor scrap rates, rework costs, and labor efficiency to ensure budget compliance while maintaining quality standards. 
• Promote a strong safety culture and support cross-functional team development and performance improvement. 

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Chemical, or related field). 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial operations. 
• Proven experience in project management, production performance monitoring, and process optimization. 
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and Continuous Improvement practices. 
• Experience in monitoring and improving KPIs such as OEE, Yield, Cycle Time, Downtime, and Productivity. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems.
