Job Summary:

The Design Engineer plays a pivotal role in our engineering team, utilizing AutoCAD and SolidWorks to create accurate and innovative designs that meet our clients’ needs. This position contributes directly to the success of projects by ensuring high-quality engineering solutions while adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and prepare detailed design drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess product requirements and translate them into practical designs.
• Conduct design feasibility studies and perform design validation tests to ensure product performance and reliability.
• Revise and modify designs based on feedback, ensuring continuous improvement and optimal functionality.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all design processes and updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical support and guidance to fellow engineers and project managers, facilitating clear communication.
• Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements to bring innovative solutions to the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Design Engineer with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, calculations, and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy in design.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and present ideas clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and materials used in engineering design.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant advanced certification.
• Experience in industries such as aerospace, automotive, or consumer products.
