We are conducting a Campus Hiring Drive on behalf of our client, one of India’s leading companies in the In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry.

We are looking for recent graduates (2025 & 2026 pass-outs) who are interested in building their careers in the Healthcare, Diagnostics, Engineering, and Life Sciences sectors.

1. Sales Trainee / Management Trainee – Diagnostics

Location: Pan India
Experience: Freshers / 0–1 year
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / BMLT / DMLT

Key Responsibilities

• Field sales and business development in the diagnostics segment

• Product demonstrations and presentations to customers

• Client handling and relationship management

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads

• Achieve assigned sales and business targets

• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for product-related requirements

Ideal Candidate

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to travel and work in a field-sales role

• Strong interest in healthcare and diagnostics

• Positive attitude with good learning ability

2. Trainee Service Engineer – Diagnostics

Location: Pan India
Experience: Freshers / 0–1 year
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in:

• Instrumentation Engineering

• Electrical Engineering

• Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering

• Biomedical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Installation and commissioning of medical diagnostic equipment

• Preventive and breakdown maintenance

• Equipment troubleshooting and servicing

• Attend customer service calls and resolve technical issues

• Conduct equipment demonstrations and provide technical support

• Maintain service reports and equipment records

• Coordinate with customers and internal technical teams

Ideal Candidate

• Good technical and troubleshooting skills

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills

• Willingness to travel and work at customer locations

• Interested in medical equipment and diagnostic technology

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
