Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Developer to design, develop, and support AI-driven features and analytics solutions. The role involves building and optimizing machine learning models, enabling document analytics, supporting risk scoring workflows, and integrating AI components into scalable production systems.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in machine learning model development, analytics workflows, and integration of AI solutions into enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and support AI/ML-based features and analytics solutions

Design, build, and optimize machine learning models

Perform model tuning and performance optimization

Develop solutions for document analytics including classification, extraction, and processing

Support risk scoring models and predictive analytics workflows

Integrate AI/ML components into production systems and applications

Work with structured and unstructured datasets for model training and evaluation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable AI solutions

Monitor model performance and continuously improve model accuracy

Build reusable and scalable AI/ML pipelines

Required Skills

Strong programming skills in Python

Experience in Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics

Hands-on experience in model development and tuning

Experience with document analytics / NLP / OCR systems

Knowledge of risk scoring models or predictive modelling

Experience integrating AI components into applications

Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering

Understanding of model evaluation techniques

Preferred Skills

Experience with NLP and Document Processing

Exposure to Computer Vision (optional)

Experience with LLMs / RAG pipelines (good to have)

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Knowledge of API integration and deployment workflows

Experience with Docker or MLOps tools

Experience Requirements

4–7 years of experience in AI/ML development

Proven experience building production-grade ML models

Experience in analytics-driven AI solutions

Hands-on experience working with large datasets

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
