Job Responsibilities
-
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for corporate, sales, plant and support functions.

Understand manpower requirements from business/function heads and close
positions within defined
TAT
.

Source candidates through
Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references and other channels
.

Conduct initial screening, interview coordination and candidate follow-ups.
-
Partner with business managers as an
HR Business Partner
and understand people-related requirements.

Support
employee onboarding, induction and joining formalities
.
-
Handle employee queries and provide support on HR policies and processes.
-
Support
performance management, employee engagement and retention initiatives
.
-
Assist in
HR operations, attendance, leave, payroll inputs and employee records
.
-
Coordinate with managers on employee-related concerns and ensure timely
resolution.

Support
training and development initiatives
based on business requirements.

Prepare and maintain HR MIS and recruitment reports.
-
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company HR policies.
-
Support HR initiatives and projects across the organization.
Key Requirements
-
2–5 years of experience
in HR with strong exposure to
Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
.
-
Experience in
end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management
.
-
Candidates from
manufacturing / building materials / construction / FMCG / industrial
sectors preferred.

Good understanding of
HR operations and employee lifecycle management
.
-
Exposure to
performance management, employee engagement and onboarding
.
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Good working knowledge of
MS Excel and HR MIS
.
-
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and ensure
timely closure of positions
.
-
Should be comfortable working closely with
business and functional heads
.

Candidates who have handled both
recruitment + HRBP/HR operations
responsibilities will be preferred.
