📌 Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven (TSM ) – Projects Sales to expand our project sales network in PAN INDIA ,  The ideal candidate will have prior experience in project sales within the building materials, Bathware division .

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Drive project sales for bathware division in the assigned area .

• Develop strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and government bodies.

• Identify upcoming residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

• Secure product approvals and specifications in ongoing and new projects.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and delivery.

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project sales.

• Preferred background: Building Materials / Bathware division . 

• Strong local market knowledge of Assigned  areas.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Self-driven and result-oriented professional.

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
