Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer – Secure Power with experience in UPS solutions and B2B sales to drive business growth in the Hyderabad region. The role involves generating new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors, and managing channel partners to expand the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UPS / Secure Power segment through existing contacts, consultants, contractors, and industry networks.
Technical Discussions:
Conduct technical presentations and discussions with customers to understand requirements and propose suitable UPS and power solutions .
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors to generate repeat and referral business.
Channel Management:
Work closely with channel partners, distributors, and system integrators to drive sales and expand market reach.
Sales Development:
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets in the Hyderabad market .
Market Intelligence:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field.
2–6 years of experience in B2B sales , preferably in UPS / Secure Power / Electrical solutions .
Strong network with consultants, contractors, and end customers .
Good technical understanding of power backup solutions and electrical infrastructure .
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Experience

Experience selling UPS systems, power backup solutions, or electrical infrastructure products .
Existing network in Hyderabad commercial and industrial segments .
