📌 Job Title: Warehouse Manager (SAP) – Personal Care Manufacturing

📍 Location: Suez, Egypt

🎯 Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize warehousing and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in SAP‑driven inventory management, logistics planning, and team leadership, ensuring seamless supply chain execution and compliance with company standards.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound/outbound logistics, stock accuracy, and order fulfillment.
Manage inland logistics, distribution fleet, and route planning with cost‑effective budgeting.
Supervise import/export activities and coordinate with freight forwarders.
Implement and monitor warehouse processes to ensure compliance with GMP, HSE, and company policies.
Lead a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
Utilize ERP/SAP systems for inventory tracking, cycle counts, and reporting.
Ensure readiness for audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with procurement, production, and quality teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
Monitor KPIs (inventory accuracy, order cycle time, warehouse efficiency) and prepare monthly scorecards.

📋 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
12–18 years of experience in warehousing and distribution, preferably in the personal care/cosmetics third-party manufacturing industry.
Hands‑on expertise with SAP WM/MM modules and warehouse management systems.
Proven track record in managing large teams and 3PL operations.
Strong knowledge of GMP, HSE, and compliance standards.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Local candidate based in Egypt, open to relocation to the company location.
