Role Purpose
To lead financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, and internal control processes
while ensuring compliance with Ind-AS, regulatory frameworks, and corporate
governance standards. The role will support strategic decision-making through
robust financial analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Reporting & Compliance

Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in
compliance with Ind-AS.

Ensure timely book closure, ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and
provisioning.

Accounting of financial instruments, ESOPs, and treasury transactions.
- Liaison with statutory auditors and ensure audit readiness.
2. Management Information Systems (MIS) & Business Analytics
- Design and deliver monthly MIS and management dashboards.
- Develop financial models to support decision-making.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles.
- Present financial performance analysis to senior leadership.
3. Internal Controls & Governance
- Monitor and strengthen Internal Financial Controls (IFC).
- Develop and update SOPs for finance processes.
- Ensure regulatory and tax compliance.

Identify process improvement opportunities and automation initiatives.
4. Process & Systems Management
- Drive ERP utilization (Oracle/SAP preferred).
- Ensure data integrity and system-based controls.

Improve reporting efficiency through automation and advanced Excel tools.
