We’re looking for an Assistant Manager – CCS to lead and inspire a team of Customer Service Specialists, ensuring seamless order-to-cash operations and delivering exceptional service to our customers across the South Market .

🌟 What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Customer Service Specialists to deliver world-class service.

• Act as the key interface between Planning, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive customer satisfaction.

• Resolve order-to-cash process challenges with effective communication and problem-solving.

• Drive process improvement, standardization, and harmonization across customer service locations.

• Monitor KPIs, initiate corrective actions, and champion best practices.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 7–8 years of experience in Customer Service or similar customer-facing roles.

• MBA or equivalent qualification.

• Strong communication skills (critical for handling South Market customers).

• Proficiency in Power Query, Excel, and PowerPoint .

• Solid understanding of SAP, Order-to-Cash processes, Quality Management, Master Data, and Credit functions .

• Analytical mindset with proven problem-solving skills.
