🚀 We're Hiring: Senior Quality Manager
📍 Location: Egypt
💼 Experience: 10+ years
We're looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality standards and compliance in our Egypt operations.
🌟 Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain standardized production, quality, and customer‑service benchmarks.
Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and delivering clear, actionable reports.
Build and develop a high‑performing QA team through coaching, mentoring, training, and performance evaluations.
Supervise inspectors, technicians, and QA staff, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
Oversee product development processes to identify and correct deviations from quality standards.
Inspect final outputs to verify compliance with specifications and requirements.
Define, review, and update product and process specifications to ensure continuous improvement.
Strengthen audit procedures and implement corrective actions to maintain compliance with quality and EHS standards.
Develop and execute Corrective Action Programs in response to audit findings, driving long‑term process improvements.
🎓 Requirements
Graduate/master's degree
10+ years of relevant manufacturing experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven leadership in audits, compliance, and team development
Prior experience with top branded Cosmetics, Beauty Care, or Personal Care product manufacturing companies
