Job Description – Project Manager (Structural Repairs / Rehabilitation / Waterproofing)

Location: Thane & PAN India Project Sites
Experience: 8–10 Years
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Project Manager with expertise in Structural Repairs, Rehabilitation, and Waterproofing projects. The candidate will be responsible for handling multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring timely project execution across PAN India locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute structural repair, rehabilitation, and waterproofing projects.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and report directly to management.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and timelines.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and project documentation.
• Ensure proper manpower planning and resource utilization at project sites.
• Resolve technical and operational issues during project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
• Travel across project locations as required.

Required Skills

• Strong technical knowledge in structural repairs, rehabilitation, and waterproofing works.
• Experience in managing multiple construction projects.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage clients, vendors, and labor teams effectively.
• Willingness to travel and work across PAN India project locations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in construction/project execution.
• Hands-on experience in site management and project coordination.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage teams efficiently.
