About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Senior HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is a pure recruitment role for someone who enjoys sourcing, engaging, and closing candidates across multiple functions and locations.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in both bulk hiring and lateral hiring , be comfortable managing multiple open positions simultaneously, and have the ability to work closely with hiring managers to ensure timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including requirement understanding, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and candidate closure.
• Handle high-volume bulk hiring as well as lateral and niche hiring across different functions and locations.
• Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely closure.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, social media, campus hiring, and other relevant channels.
• Use advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean and X-Ray search .
• Plan and execute bulk hiring initiatives such as walk-ins, hiring drives, and campus-linked recruitment.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for recurring and critical roles.
• Work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand role requirements and market availability.
• Proactively communicate recruitment progress, challenges, and timelines to stakeholders.
• Handle salary discussions, offer negotiations, counter-offers, and candidate engagement until joining.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS and recruitment trackers.
• Track key recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-joining ratio, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring progress.
• Identify recruitment bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance hiring speed and quality.

Candidate Requirements

• 5–8 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
• Strong experience in bulk hiring and lateral hiring .
• Experience managing a high volume of concurrent positions, ideally 20+ open requisitions .
• Excellent knowledge of job portals and sourcing platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Found it, IIM Jobs, referral platforms, etc.
• Strong expertise in Boolean Search and advanced sourcing techniques .
• Experience recruiting for industries such as Industrial, B2B, Distribution, Retail, Manufacturing, Sales, Operations , or similar environments will be preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage recruitment priorities and work under tight hiring timelines.
• Good negotiation and candidate-closing skills.
• Comfortable working with ATS systems and MS Excel.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM or Diploma in HR will be an added advantage.
