MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / Equivalent

Strong accounting fundamentals are mandatory.
Role Purpose
To manage accounting operations and financial reporting by ensuring accurate
bookkeeping, timely month-end closures, Accounts Payable management, General
Ledger reconciliations, Fixed Asset accounting, audit support, and statutory
compliance while maintaining strong financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting
-
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
-
Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
-
Support budgeting and financial analysis.
Accounts Payable
-
Verify vendor invoices and process accounting entries.
-
Manage vendor payments and payable reconciliations.
-
Handle employee reimbursements and TA/DA accounting.
General Ledger
-
Review General Ledger balances.
-
Perform GL reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
-
Maintain chart of accounts accuracy.
Fixed Assets
-
Capitalization of assets.
-
Depreciation accounting.
-
Asset register maintenance.
-
Fixed asset reconciliation.
Financial Accounting
-
Prepare accrual entries including scheme accruals.
-
Perform scheme accounting.
-
Journal entries and balance sheet schedules.
-
Ensure accurate accounting records.
Audit Support
-
Coordinate Internal Audits.
-
Support Statutory Audits.
-
Prepare schedules and audit documentation.
-
Resolve audit queries.
Project Cost Monitoring
-
Track project costs.
-
Monitor project-related accounting.
-
Support financial analysis for business decisions.
Process & Compliance
-
Maintain accounting SOPs.
-
Ensure statutory compliance.
-
Improve accounting processes and internal controls.
-
Coordinate with cross-functional departments.
Mandatory Requirements

MBA Finance / CA Inter / Equivalent qualification.

Minimum 5 years
of experience in
Financial Reporting and Accounting
.

Corporate Office
or multi-location manufacturing organization.

Exposure to
Listed Companies
or large manufacturing businesses will be an added
advantage.

Strong understanding of accounting standards, internal
controls, and financial compliance.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work
with large volumes of financial data.

Stable career history with strong communication and
stakeholder management skills.

Experience coordinating with Procurement, Sales, Plant
Finance, Auditors, and Operations teams.
