Principal Accountabilities

Greenfield Projects Management

1)     Leading the project management of the Greenfield projects including managing the design and operational protocols, review engineering drawings, layouts, cost estimates and approval from Top Management.

2)     To workout the budget for the various stages of project to meet the overall cost objective and seek Top Management’s approval.

3)     To ensure the effective execution of the approved project along with all the concerned stakeholders .

4)     Evaluate techno-commercial proposals, negotiate terms, finalize vendors/contractors, finalize the vendor /contractor and seek approval from the Top Management.

5)     To review the project progress, monitor the budget utilization, address technical queries & bottlenecks and its updation to the Top Management.

6)     Ensure 100% statutory compliance and adherence to safety norms across all project sites.

7)     Ensure monthly MIS reporting of each month and quarterly review reports with action closure rate.

Civil Project Management

1)     To assess the civil work requirements across plant locations, review the financial estimate/budget and propose the same to the Manufacturing Team for approval.

2)     To assess the progress of the approved projects, track the budget utilization and its timely updation to the Top Management.  

3)     Ensure 100% statutory compliance and adherence to safety norms across all project sites.

4)     Ensure monthly MIS reporting of each month and quarterly review reports with action closure rate.

Renewable Energy Projects

1)     Driving the project management of the Renewable Energy     projects including the project design and operational protocols, review the engineering drawings, layouts, financial estimates and seeking approval from Management.

2)     To prepare the budget for the approved project and seek Top Management’s approval.

3)     To evaluate Techno-commercial proposals, vendor negotiation & finalization and further seeking approval from the Top Management.

4)     To review the project progress, monitor the budget utilization, address the challenges and its periodic updation to the Top Management.

5)     Ensure monthly MIS reporting of each month and quarterly review reports with action closure rate.
