L2 Tools & Process Engineer
We are seeking an experienced L2 Tools & Process Engineer to manage and enhance ITSM tools and processes in a mission-critical environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in ITSM administration, troubleshooting, and process improvement, with a proven ability to coordinate with vendors and ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage ITSM tools and processes for operations.
- Provide troubleshooting support and implement fault fixes, patches, and permanent solutions.
- Gather inputs from stakeholders and recommend process improvements and tool enhancements.
- Coordinate with L3 teams and vendors for escalations and fixes.
- Manage Change & Configuration Management for ITSM tools.
- Support Asset Management and ensure compliance with change management procedures.
- Enhance monitoring and configuration management modules (Network Performance Monitor, Traffic Analyzers, Configuration Manager, IP Address Manager, Server & Application Monitor, Virtualization Manager, Operations Console).
Required Skills & Expertise
- University degree in Computer Science or related field.
- ITIL Foundation Certified.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process and tools build.
- Hands-on experience with ManageEngine and ITSM platforms.
- Strong knowledge of monitoring/configuration management modules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
