🏢 HR Recruiter – Work From Office (Mira Road, Mumbai)

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews
• Coordinate interviews and client feedback
• Negotiate salaries and manage offer rollouts
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Build strong talent pipelines and achieve hiring targets

✅ Required Skills

✔ Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
✔ Expertise in sourcing and screening candidates
✔ Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
✔ Good knowledge of MS Office & MS Excel
✔ Excellent negotiation and coordination skills

🎓 Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.
