Desired Profile	Role Overview : • The Module Development Engineer will be responsible for the design, selection, validation, and optimization of key electro-mechanical modules in washing machines, with a strong focus on motor systems and electrical components. • The role also involves addressing performance and field-related issues (CDR/FFR) and contributing to product reliability, cost optimization, and localization initiatives • Required Skills & Competencies Technical Skills : • Strong knowledge of washing machine architecture • Expertise in motor technologies (BLDC/inverter preferred) • Understanding of electrical systems, PCB, sensors, and control interfaces • Experience with FMEA, and reliability engineering • Familiarity with IEC standards and energy regulations (BEE preferred) • Behavioral Skills : • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset • Effective cross-functional collaboration • Proactive ownership and result-oriented execution • Ability to handle multiple projects and tight timelines Education & Experience : • Preferred Qualification: M.Tech (Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics), Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering fields is mandatory • 3–6 years of experience in home appliances / motor / electrical module development preferred • Key Responsibility : • Lead motor selection and optimization (BLDC/Universal/Inverter) to meet performance, cost, and energy targets • Develop and validate electrical components (PCB, sensors, wiring, actuators) for washing machine modules • Analyze and resolve CDR/FFR issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions • Support system integration and control tuning in coordination with cross-functional teams • Conduct testing and validation for durability, performance, and regulatory compliance • Drive cost optimization and localization initiatives for motors and electrical parts
