Are you a B.Com graduate looking to build your career in Finance and Accounts? We are hiring enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers for the role of Accounts Receivable & Collection Executive at our Vadodara office. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in receivables, customer collections, reconciliation, and finance operations within a professional corporate environment.
Position Details
- Position: Accounts Receivable & Collection Executive
- Location: Vadodara
- Department: Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable Management
- Monitor customer outstanding balances and receivable aging.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices and collections.
- Track due dates and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
Collection Activities
- Follow up with customers through calls and emails for outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with customers regarding payment commitments.
- Escalate long-pending outstanding cases to seniors.
Reconciliation & Documentation
- Perform customer ledger reconciliation.
- Resolve payment discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams.
- Maintain collection records and supporting documents.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily and weekly collection reports.
- Update receivable status trackers and aging reports.
- Support the finance team with data analysis and reporting activities.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Customer Service teams.
- Build professional relationships with customers to ensure smooth collections.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Com graduates (Freshers can apply).
- Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable and accounting principles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Candidates based in Vadodara or willing to relocate will be preferred.
