Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day plant production and operations .
• Ensure achievement of production targets while maintaining process discipline.
• Handle SAP entries related to production and plant operations.
• Manage shop-floor manpower deployment and utilization .
• Monitor production processes to control wastage and improve productivity .
• Drive cost optimization across plant operations.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery and resources .
• Coordinate with production, maintenance and other functions for smooth plant operations.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality and company procedures .

Candidate Profile

• Education: BE/B.Tech – Mechanical preferred.
• Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in plant production/operations .
• Industry/Product: Cement / Construction Materials / Manufacturing.
• Preference for candidates with a technical background rather than a commercial profile .
• Hands-on experience in production, manpower management, SAP and shop-floor operations .
