Job Title: Warehouse Executive
Job Summary
The Warehouse Executive is responsible for managing the receipt, storage,
handling, packing, and dispatch of materials while maintaining accurate
inventory records and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities

Receive incoming materials and verify them against purchase orders and
delivery challans.

Inspect materials for quantity and physical condition.

Store materials systematically for easy identification and retrieval.

Maintain inventory records in Excel and perform regular stock updates.
-
Prepare materials for dispatch as per purchase orders and delivery
schedules.
-
Coordinate with transporters for material dispatch and pickup.
-
Ensure proper packing, labeling, and documentation before dispatch.
-
Maintain stock registers

Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory
discrepancies.
-
Handle loading and unloading of materials safely.
-
Coordinate with the Purchase, Sales, Service, and Accounts departments
for material movement.

Track warranty materials, returned goods, and replacement stock.

Report damaged, short, or excess materials to management.
-
Maintain inward and outward registers and supporting documents.
Required Skills

Knowledge of inventory management.

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, ERP software).

Good communication and coordination skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage warehouse documentation.

Knowledge of material handling and storage practices.
Qualification

12
th
pass or Graduate
-
1–3 years of warehouse/store experience (preferred).

Experience in electrical, electronics, UPS, batteries, or IT products is
an added advantage.
