About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Airport Systems Implementation Specialist with deep expertise in airport operations systems and airfield systems . This includes Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL) , Visual Docking Guidance Systems (VDGS) , and video analytics/CCTV solutions . The ideal candidate will also bring strong knowledge of Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM) concepts and a proven track record of delivering complex system integrations in dynamic airport environments.

This role blends technical proficiency, project management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure seamless deployments that optimize airport efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of airport operational systems, airfield systems, and video-based analytics .

• Apply A-CDM principles to enhance terminal and airfield operations.

• Drive large-scale project planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement .

• Conduct requirements gathering and validation sessions , translating business needs into technical specifications.

• Develop and maintain project documentation (scope of work, technical specs, test plans, training materials).

• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for successful implementation and ongoing support.

• Support budget planning for system operations, maintenance, and technology refresh cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or IT-related field .

• 5–7 years overall experience , with 3–5 years relevant experience in airport/airfield systems.

• Strong background in system implementation, integration, and troubleshooting .

• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with budget control.

• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management .

• Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).

• Familiarity with tools such as Visio, AutoCAD for diagrams and flow design.
