Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Job Summary:
The Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a pivotal role in steering
the financial direction of our organization by leading the financial functions
across multiple group entities. This strategic leadership position is crucial
for ensuring sustainable growth and financial health, focusing on governance,
risk management, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive long-term financial strategy aligned with business objectives and
provide insights to the Managing Director & Board for strategic
decision-making.

Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements and
Management Information System (MIS) reports, monitoring financial
performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Lead budgeting and financial planning processes while controlling costs to
ensure optimal resource utilization and identifying cost-saving
opportunities.

Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital cycles, overseeing
relationships with banks and financial institutions to handle term loans and
fundraising.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, oversee audits, tax filings,
and strengthen governance frameworks and risk management practices.

Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies while
supporting leadership with data-driven insights for business decisions.

Evaluate investment opportunities, mergers, and acquisitions, supporting
business expansion and capital structuring decisions.

Lead and mentor finance teams across group companies, building a
high-performance finance function while ensuring capability development and
succession planning.
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification is essential.

15-20+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, particularly
managing finance for multi-entity organizations.

Strong exposure to treasury, taxation, compliance, and financial strategy is
required.

Proven ability in financial planning & analysis (FP&A) and treasury &
working capital management.
- Exceptional cost control and profitability improvement skills.

Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with effective leadership
and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in manufacturing or diversified business groups is highly
desirable.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or similar) will be advantageous.

Previous experience with fundraising, mergers & acquisitions, or business
expansion initiatives is preferred.
