Sr L3 System Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sr L3 System Administrator to manage hybrid server operations across on-premises and cloud platforms. This role requires strong expertise in Windows/Linux administration, Azure cloud, and enterprise-level troubleshooting.

 

Position: Senior L3 System Administrator

Duration: 2 years (extendable)

Location: Dubai, UAE (Onsite)

Client: Healthcare sector

Notice Period: Less than 1 month

Candidate Priority: UAE-based candidates

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage hybrid server operations across on-prem and cloud platforms.

• Lead patching, OS lifecycle, and compliance enforcement.

• Coordinate DR drills, HA testing, and OS migrations.

• Perform performance diagnostics, kernel and Windows internals troubleshooting.

• Support Active Directory automation and scripting (PowerShell/Shell).

• Administer Azure networking, VMs, AKS clusters, and container platforms.

• Ensure system availability, security, and compliance with ITIL processes.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• Equivalent practical experience may be considered.

 

Required Skills:

• 8–10 years of experience in enterprise system administration.

• Strong expertise in Windows Server and Linux (preferred).

• Proven experience in cloud infrastructure.

• Azure Certified Architect – MANDATORY.

• Hands-on with PowerShell/Shell scripting for automation.

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Microsoft: AZ-104, AZ-305 (optional)

• VMware: VCP-DCV, Advanced VMware (optional)

• Containers: CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator)

• ITIL 4 Foundation
