About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Production Planning & Control (PPC) team. The ideal candidate will bring 8–10 years of expertise in supply chain planning and inventory management, with exposure to the Automobile, Pharma, FMCG, or Personal Care industries. This role is critical in ensuring seamless production schedules, optimized inventory, and efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement production planning strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee inventory planning and control to maintain optimal stock levels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, manufacturing, logistics, sales) to ensure timely material availability.
Monitor capacity utilization, lead times, and production schedules to minimize bottlenecks.
Drive forecasting accuracy and demand planning initiatives.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality requirements.
Prepare and present MIS reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management review.

Candidate Profile

Experience: 8–10 years in Supply Chain / PPC / Inventory Planning.
Industry Preference: Automobile, Pharma, FMCG, Personal Care.
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in ERP/SAP systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
