🔑 What You’ll Do
✅ Achieve category-wise sales & secondary sales targets
✅ Expand distribution depth & breadth (RREP 1 & RREP 2 execution)
✅ Manage retailer relationships & conduct daily market visits
✅ Work closely with distributors’ sales teams for retail growth
✅ Ensure timely collections, collateral & sample supply
✅ Build lasting relationships with dealers & distributors

🎯 What We’re Looking For
6–8 years of proven experience in sales & distribution
Strong knowledge of territory & secondary sales management
Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories
