Job Description – Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Platform Developer

Role Summary

Responsible for designing, developing, and supporting AI-powered business solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform ecosystem. The role involves building conversational agents, automating business processes, integrating enterprise systems, and delivering scalable low-code solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop AI-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.
Develop business process automation solutions and approval workflows.
Integrate Microsoft solutions with enterprise applications through APIs and connectors.
Configure AI Builder capabilities for document processing and data extraction.
Create and maintain Dataverse tables, business rules, and data models.
Implement notifications and collaboration solutions using Teams and Outlook.
Perform testing, deployment, production support, and release activities.
Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer.
Ensure adherence to Power Platform governance, security, and best practices.
