J ob Title: Trainee Test Engineer – V&V

Role Purpose:

To perform Verification & Validation (V&V) testing of diagnostic systems developed by the R&D team, ensuring product accuracy, reliability, and compliance with applicable international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct verification and validation testing of biochemistry and CLIA systems as per defined protocols
• Perform performance testing using samples, controls, and standards
• Collect and process samples; carry out testing manually as well as using analyzers
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of test results
• Compile, analyze, and document test data
• Prepare detailed reports in line with specified protocols and standards
• Coordinate with R&D, QC, and other internal teams for test execution and issue resolution
• Support field testing activities by visiting labs/hospitals as required

Candidate Profile:

• B.E. / Diploma in Biomedical Engineering (Freshers can apply)
• Basic knowledge of laboratory testing and diagnostic equipment
• Understanding of biochemistry/clinical diagnostic concepts (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good documentation and reporting abilities

• Basic understanding of V&V/testing processes
• Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
