About the role
o Check & esure that all the utility equipments & Production machines are running smooth.
o Execute the Preventive maintenance as per planned.
o Monitoring & operation / maintenance of all Utility equipments.
o Attend the Brake down maintenance & ensure for high level availability of machines.
o To work in shift duty & also Provide services for machine repairs 24 X 7 in order to achieve minimal downtime if required.
o Record all the maintenance information including PM, BD & History cards.
o Assist to Maintenance manager for all major & minor projects including implementation of ZFP, Safety, RPS, SPEM,TPM & Visual management program.
o Record the Energy, Fuel, Power failure & water consumption.
o Upkeep & maintain the Engineering store.
o Maintain the Diesel stock .
o Ensure that the Environment is protected while working on the machine & equipment.
o Control & Achieve all the targets & millstones described in the Target Agreement.
o Installation of new forth coming plant machineries in coordination with Mnt.Manager.
o Implementation of TPM in coordination with Mnt.Manager.
o To plan for PM of prod machines in absence of Maint supervisor.
o RAU-inst – Generate work orders for PM/project work in absence of Maint supervisor.
o To develop critical spares & raise PI in coordination with Maint Manager in absence of Maint supervisor.
o Assist Manager in planning & execution of new machines.
• Being a technical person, see for energy conservation projects & implement in coordination with Maint Manager
Min 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in Maintenance of Edge band extrusion and mixer
· Conversant with upkeep and maintenance of utilities, Grinders, pulverize
· Detailed Knowledge of machine functions, trouble shooting
· Hands on experience of Preventive maintenance system, spare parts
· Basic knowledge of Control system
