JOB TITLE           -              Mixing Supervisor
REPORTS TO        -           Mixing Head of Dept Title of Immediate Superior
JOB LOCATION     -        Vadodara                                      EDUCATION QUALIFICATION -    Diploma in Plastic EXPERIENCE         -    Diploma with relevant experience in the plastic industry of at least 4-6 years

• In charge of mixing (process & procedure) and its relevant day-to-day operations.

II      PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Outline the major duties and roles necessary to accomplish the objectives of the job. (Do attach additional sheets if necessary)

• In charge of mixing machines and all its relevant equipment including pigment weighing, liquid weighing etc (coordination between relevant departments i.e. maintenance and shift production)

• Establish mixing processes and procedures for mixing staff (strictly enforce adherence to the same)

• Prepare daily Mixing plan (in synergy with production schedule provided by production planning office).

• Coordinate and supervise mixing test. The physical presence on the shop floor during such tests is ultimately required in order to ensure proper and correct execution of instructed processes or procedures by the mixing staff (i.e., use of new or replacement raw materials, or new machines/equipment). 
  
  

• Responsible for Training of new staff/Joiners regarding job responsibilities, safety, and quality.

• Daily monitoring of staff performance and adherence to REHAU internal mixing instructions and procedures. 
  Clear & daily communication with plant management, production office and shift mixing persons is required on a daily basis (production meeting)
• Responsible for arresting powder spillage generated in Mixing.
• Accounting of spillage powder generated on daily basis, maintain excel sheet.
• RLMC / RLM -B stock management, publish & responsible for reducing the same.
• Watch on Plinth cover main KPI .

• Zero accidents in Mixing department.

• Responsible for material accounting in the Mixing department, monitoring on empty out on daily basis.

• Committed for reduction in Mixing stock including WIP in Mixing areas, measures on monthly basis.

• Responsible for timely performance assessment submission of Mixing employees.

• Responsible for new and refresh trainings of Mixing employees.

• Ensure no deviation due to manual error in mixing, RLM, MB, Pigment weighing area.

• Daily team communication

• Ensure about proper cleanliness & 5” S” in mixing area.

• Ensure that all work is carried out according to the SOP in resp. area

• All records regarding stock, trainings, SOP should be preserved well & produced whenever requires.

• Responsible for machine are well maintain & get timely repaired.

• Support for spare part management to Maintenance.

• Raise consumable requirement.

• Participate in cost saving, development, improvement drives in respective area.

• Follow Superior’s instruction time to time for any change or requirement.
