Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Sales professional to handle sales in the construction segment. The candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with builders, architects, consultants, and contractors to generate project business and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

Handle project sales in the assigned territory.

Develop strong relationships with builders, architects, consultants, and plumbing contractors .

Ensure brand specification in construction projects.

Conduct technical presentations to project stakeholders.

Achieve sales targets and revenue goals .

Negotiate pricing and ensure timely payment collection .

Support branding and promotional activities like exhibitions and consultant meets.

Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and MIS .
Qualification
-
B.Sc / B.Tech
-
MBA in Sales & Marketing (Preferred)
Experience
-
5–7 years experience in Project Sales in industries like Plumbing, PVC Pipes, Pumps, HVAC, Water Treatment or Construction Products .
Skills Required
-
Good knowledge of plumbing products and polymers (PVC / CPVC / UPVC)

Strong communication and relationship management skills
-
Good market network with builders and consultants
