Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically skilled fresh graduates to join our Service Team as Trainee Service Engineers. The candidate will be responsible for installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and technical support of diagnostic and medical equipment at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

·   Assist in installation and commissioning of diagnostic instruments and medical devices.

·   Perform preventive maintenance and calibration activities as per service schedules.

·   Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment-related issues at customer locations.

·   Attend service breakdown calls and ensure timely resolution.

·   Provide basic operator training to customers on equipment usage and maintenance.

·   Coordinate with application and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

·   Maintain service reports, installation reports, and maintenance records.

·   Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.

·   Support inventory management of spare parts and consumables.

·   Submit daily service activity reports to reporting managers.

Educational Qualification

·   B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering

·   Diploma/B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or Medical Electronics

·   B.Sc. + DMLT / BMLT (for diagnostic equipment support roles)

·   Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience

Required Skills

·   Basic understanding of electronics and instrumentation.

·   Knowledge of medical devices and diagnostic equipment is preferred.

·   Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.

·   Strong communication and customer-handling abilities.

·   Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.

·   Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territory.

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented fresh graduates to join our sales team as Trainee Sales Executives. The candidate will be responsible for promoting diagnostic equipment, reagents, and healthcare solutions to hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

·   Assist in achieving sales targets for assigned territories.

·   Promote diagnostic instruments, reagents, and consumables to healthcare customers.

·   Conduct regular visits to hospitals, laboratories, blood banks, and diagnostic centers.

·   Generate new business opportunities and develop customer relationships.

·   Support product demonstrations and installations along with application/service teams.

·   Follow up on quotations, tenders, and customer inquiries.

·   Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
