About the role

🎯 Role Overview

As a Planning Engineer (On-Site) , you will play a critical role in implementing digital construction solutions at project sites. You will work closely with client teams, ensuring effective planning, scheduling, and real-time progress tracking while enabling digital adoption across stakeholders.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scheduling

Develop detailed project plans using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
Prepare and manage schedules using Primavera / MS Project (MSP)
Track planned vs actual progress, milestones, and deliverables
Identify critical path activities and monitor delays
Perform delay analysis, risk assessment, and variance tracking

On-Site Digital Implementation

Support VisiLean implementation on live construction projects
Configure project setup (plan import, model linking, settings)
Capture daily progress updates from site teams
Enable 4D visualization through BIM/model linking
Conduct training sessions (Web & Mobile App) for client teams

Data, Reporting & Coordination

Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and progress reports
Coordinate with site, engineering, and project teams for real-time updates
Ensure alignment of execution with project timelines
Assist in resource planning (manpower, materials, equipment)

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Promote adoption of digital tools in construction projects
Develop user guides, best practices, and process improvements
Support product enhancement by sharing on-ground insights

🛠️ Key Skills & Competencies

Strong expertise in WBS creation & project scheduling (Mandatory)
Hands-on experience in Primavera / MS Project (MSP)
Good understanding of delay analysis, project planning & execution
Knowledge of BIM / Digital Construction tools (preferred)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Tech-savvy with a passion for digital transformation
Self-driven, adaptable, and willing to work on-site

🎓 Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
Certification in Planning / Project Management tools is a plus

⭐ Good to Have

Experience with Power BI dashboards
Exposure to BIM / 4D planning tools
Drone Pilot License / Site digital capture exposure
